This unit is the 60005, 30m Man Riding Winch, designed with reliability and safety in mind, combined with strength and maximum lifting to weight ratio.
This highly reliable and sturdy unit has been precision engineered to the highest standard and has been specifically designed to be used in a wide variety of rescue and fall protection as well as confined space work positioning applications.
Featuring a mechanical advantage ratio of 11 to 1, it weighs in at just 15 kg and can be used in a wide variety of material handling applications as well as for personnel (as long as it's used within the recommended working load limits).
In full conformance with BS EN 795 and BS EN 1496 it has an average cranking force of 30lbs (133N).
The 60005, 30m man riding winch features a secondary breaking system that has a stopping distance maximum of 24 inches (610 mm).
The maximum user weight (single reeved system) is 140 kg and the maximum user weight (double reeved system) is 280 kg.
The recommended service interval is once every six months.
