The Scott CYL FWC 2460, 15- years cylinder has a 300 bar cylinder valve and a water capacity of 9 Litres.
Its charging pressure being 300 bars and test pressure is 450 bar, it is capable of a volume of air of 2460 Litres.
It is constructed from carbon fibre, with a fully wrapped aluminium liner. The body is unpainted and has a black-and-white quartered neck.
The connection is a DIN type to EN144 2. The unit fully conforms to CE specification according with PED manufacturing and is also in accordance with ISO 11119-2 specification.
The body is constructed from nickel- plated brass, the spindle from brass, the handwheel is 30% glass- filled polyamide and it has Nitrile O-rings and a polychloroprene rubber buffer.
The dimensions of the shell are approximately 174mm x 556mm and, fully
charged, it weighs approximately 8.7kg (or 4.8kg uncharged).
The handwheel is a locking type, which employs a spring-loaded racket mechanism.
Based on 401pm, it supplies a total duration of 61 minutes.
The valve thread type is M18 x 1.5, parallel to EN 144 1.
