These fire hoses are in full conformity with BS6391 type 3.
They are constructed from 100% synthetic woven textile reinforcements encased in high-tensile PVC or nitrile rubber, which forms a unified lining and cover.
The Nova's construction and unique PVC/nitrile rubber construction provide the highest performance in terms of oil and chemical resistance.
In terms of heat resistance it over offers the highest level of resistance against hot embers and accidental contact with hot surfaces.
The system has excellent abrasion resistance due to the PVC nitrile cover, which is a highly durable external coating.
Virtually no drying is required, making cleaning quick and easy and it comes with an easy-to-use repair Kit.
The Nova system also features the highest level of weather and ozone resistance and is designed to be used in highly demanding environmental situations.
It also actually exceeds the BS9361 type 3 fire hoses requirements for ships Wheel (MED) for approved marine usage.
Dimensions - Internal diameters range; 25mm, 38mm, 45mm, 52mm, 64mm, 70mm, 75mm & 100mm.
